Account management most often refers to the difficult and painful process of bringing together a group of diverse communications specialists, and building plans around new or pre-defined brands and concepts. In order to accomplish this difficult task, each division of WilbanksElam and account teams or project groups are created based on the task and expertise required. We utilize people from marketing, account services, creative, media, public relations, advertising, market research, database marketing and Web services on most accounts. The goal is to provide high-level strategic thinking to the client advertiser on a case-by-case basis.
